Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address. Please return your item within 14 days of receiving the RMA. When returning an item, please include the information in your order confirmation and RMA email. Return Shipping
For returns due to product quality issues or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to a change of mind or other non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be refunded to the payment method you used when you paid. Depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card company, the refund may take several business days to arrive. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund if you cancel before your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will need to wait for the item to arrive before requesting a return.
